Six BHHS EWM Realty Agents Rank Among Top 15 Worldwide within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Global Network

Top South Florida brokerage earns multiple placements across individual and team categories in the 40,000-agent Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices enterprise

MIAMI, FL, UNITED STATES, April 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Six agents from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) EWM Realty have ranked among the Top 15 performers worldwide in their respective group-size categories within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global network, one of the largest residential real estate organizations in the world.

The honors were announced last week during the brand’s annual convention in Nashville, recognizing top-producing professionals across a network of more than 40,000 agents operating from 1,360 offices.

At the forefront of the field was Nelson Gonzalez of BHHS EWM Realty, who has amassed more than $4 billion in career sales and achieved the distinction of No. 1 worldwide in the “individual agent” category following a banner year in 2025 that included the $74.25 million sale of 88 La Gorce Circle – the highest single-family home sale in Miami Beach that year.

Four BHHS EWM Realty team leaders were also ranked among the Top 15 worldwide in the “medium team” category.

During 2025, Ashley Cusack placed No. 6 within the global network’s medium teams. Based in Coral Gables, Cusack and her team are widely noted for representing premier homes across Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami’s historic residential enclaves. In February, her team listed a home at 3149 Brickell Avenue, overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove, for $110 million -- neighboring the famed formerly Adrienne Arsht Estate, for which Cusack oversaw the listing and record-setting $106.9 million sale in 2022.

Also recognized in the medium-size category was Drew Kern, who ranked No. 11 worldwide during 2025. Kern is well known for his work across the high-end neighborhoods of Greater Miami – the Village of Pinecrest, Village of Palmetto Bay, and Coral Gables – where he annually represents a large number of luxury property sales and many of the region’s most distinctive residential offerings.

The Percal Zarco Group, led by Esther Percal and Jason Zarco, ranked No. 13 worldwide in closed sales during 2025. The medium-size team has built a robust presence across Miami Beach and surrounding luxury Miami-Dade County markets, representing a broad portfolio of waterfront estates and high-profile residential properties from the beaches of Miami-Dade County to the island communities of the Florida Keys.

Completing the list of the globe’s most successful real estate pros, Giulietta Ulloa took honors with the rank of No.15 globally in the “large team” category. Ulloa and her team are based in the Key Biscayne office of BHHS EWM Realty, where they are not only leaders in sales on the Island for single-family homes and condominium residences, but they also excel in ultra-luxury property sales across the Greater Miami region.
